THE GIVE IT UPS Release Their Debut Single

I’ve already listened to THE GIVE IT UPS’ debut single about five times. The song, called “Never Give It Up,” has that classic old-school pop-punk sound, somewhere in the vein of bands like Masked Intruder, with even a bit of Dead Kennedys thrown in — at least that’s how it came across to me, in my humble opinion.

And I think that’s exactly the direction the band is aiming for: straightforward street punk, simple but effective, driven by a rhythm that’s impossible to ignore.
